Mr. Frary was born in southeast Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he was part of the medical faculty for four years. He served in the United States Air Force as a medic from 1968 – 1972 and was honorably discharged.  He later practiced in Newcastle, Wyoming, from 1981 – 1990, before moving to Casper. Mr. Frary is a former “National Physician Assistant of the Year” and a former chairman of the Editorial Board of the national PA Journal.  Tim appreciates Casper’s size and location and enjoys cycling and photography in his spare time.
