COVID-19

To Our Patients,

Western Medical is watching the development with COVID-19 very closely and we have decided to take the following precautions to minimize the risk to our patient population and our staff:

*Routine appointments may be cancelled and rescheduled for another time. Please be patient with us as we are trying to get everyone the care they need in the safest way possible! If you need refills, please call the office or your pharmacy.

* We highly recommend patients to choose to cancel and stay home if they are under 5 years old, over 65 years old or immunocompromised.

*All patients who are experiencing respiratory illness, cold/flu symptoms, or a fever, please call 577-5100 and we will direct you further. The West clinic will be handing these patients until further notice.

* Due to the limited number of COVID-19 tests available, there will be a comprehensive screening process in place. Please be aware that tests are extremely limited and we will not be testing on a request basis!

* Patients may also wish to utilize the WMC screening clinic set up at 245 S Fenway. It is open from 8am to 8pm.

The Public Health Department has established a hotline to answer any questions you may have. You can reach them at 577-9892 M-F 8am-5pm.
