Phone Issues at WMA


We apologize for the issues you are experiencing with our phone system at our WMA Clinics. You the patient, are very important to us and we are taking this issue very seriously. This is not a staff issue, it is an old phone system issue and we are very sorry it is not working properly. We are in the process of updating the outdated system to a new phone system as quickly as we can, but we have learned this may take several months to complete due to limited hardware availability due to Covid.

To reach our clinics, please call WMA East Clinic at 307-577-5100. If you cannot get through for any reason or are not getting a call back within 2 hours after leaving a message, please call our Clinic Manager, Sara directly at 307-233-0598. If she does not answer please leave a message and she will return your call.

If you continue to have issues please contact 307-358-7300 and ask to leave a message for Terry Moss, Practice Administrator for all MHCC/WMA clinics.
